United Caring Shelters, Inc. needs a van or pick-up truck in good running condition, 39-55 gallon trash bags, bleach, all-purpose spray cleaners with bleach, brooms, dustpans and mops. Call Kimron at 422-0297.

Patchwork Central needs bird seed (sunflower seeds) and an industrial vaccum. Call Shawn at 424-2735.

PAAWS No Kill Animal Rescue needs donations of dog food for puppies and adult dog, cat food for kittens and adult cats - dry and wet, cat litter - clay and scoopable, monetary donations for vet needs, puppy training pads, Frontline for dogs and cats. Call 490-1039.

ITEMS FOR CLIENTS

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNIES
The American Red Cross Blood Services needs blood donors to ensure a safe supply of blood for local hospitals. Blood donations are accepted Tuesday through Friday, and the first Saturday of each month at the Stockwell Road location; volunteer drivers also needed. Please call 471-7200 for hours. ITEMS FOR CLIENTS
AIDS Resource Group has clients in need of the following items: a stove, a refrigerator, dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans and thermometers for refrigerators and freezers. They are also in need of powder laundry detergent, personal care items and any non-perishable food items for their food pantry. Call 421-0059.

Evansville State Hospital needs pre-paid phone cards, CD walkman players, batteries,new and used CD music of all kinds, card/board games, cosmetics, tissue paper, pocket tissues, chapstick, inexpensive watches, body wash, body spray, stick deodorant, two pocket folders, new greeting cards and stationery, sugarless gum/candy, diabetic socks, bound notebooks, writing tablets, gift bags/tissue paper. Lucas Place Transitional Housing is in need of personal care items for the Lucas Place Store - shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, soap, dish soap, etc. Call Jennifer at 423-8422.
